Rental terms.

1. Reservation

A reservation is confirmed after Moto2Kech accepts the requested vehicle and dates and receives a 15% advance. A website or WhatsApp request does not by itself guarantee availability.

2. Cancellation

More than 47 hours before the agreed pickup time, cancellation is free and the 15% advance is refunded. Within 47 hours of pickup, the advance is non-refundable.

3. Mileage

Mileage is unlimited under the current Moto2Kech policy unless a different arrangement is confirmed for a specific rental.

4. Security deposits

BMW: 20,000 MAD card pre-authorization. Himalayan 411/450 and Yamaha XT 250: 5,000 MAD card pre-authorization. Scooters: no security deposit under the current policy.

5. Age and licence

50cc: minimum age 18, Moto2Kech does not request an A/A1 motorcycle licence. 125cc: minimum age 18 and A1 licence. Yamaha XT 250 and Himalayan: minimum age 25 and A or A2 license. BMW: minimum age 25 and A license. The renter remains responsible for ensuring they are legally entitled to operate the vehicle in Morocco according to their circumstances.

6. Equipment

Two helmets and a phone holder are included. BMW and Himalayan rentals also include luggage/top case/panniers where fitted.

7. Insurance and assistance

Third-party liability insurance is included. Breakdown and accident assistance are included. Coverage, exclusions, excess/franchise, damage or theft responsibility and any amounts payable are governed by the rental agreement and insurance terms.

8. Fuel

The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at handover.

9. Delivery

Delivery inside Marrakech is free. Outside Marrakech, pricing depends on distance: around 100 MAD at 10 km, 200 MAD at 20 km and 300 MAD at 30 km. The final delivery charge is confirmed before rental.

10. Late return

A grace period of 2 hours is provided. After it, a €10 fee applies for each additional hour.

11. Payment

Moto2Kech currently accepts cash, card and PayPal.

12. Images and availability

Availability is confirmed directly by Moto2Kech. Vehicle images are catalogue/illustrative images; actual colour, trim, equipment or model-year details may vary.
